BODYWORK 

Winnie has a nice glossy paintwork thanks to being regularly waxed in the summer and covered up in the winter. We have spotted some small areas of bodywork needing attention (that we can quote for) but on the whole she's a solid bus and is ready to go.

 

MECHANICAL

We've serviced this van for the last three years so she's been well looked after, and with a new carburetor and alternator, she drives like a dream.

INTERIOR

The interior has been restored to it's original condition along with some modern updates including a compressor fridge, 240v hook up, bonus charger, 2nd battery system, three seat belts in the rear and two buddy seats, a two-ring cooker, sink, on-board water tank and a pop-top roof with hammocks to sleep two small children – so pretty much everything you'll need for an extended camping trip.

DRIVING WINNIE

The steering is positive with no wandering, the gear change is good and with her shiny black Fuchs alloy wheels she looks the part and drives well. The painted dash and Sony stereo dock make her an even more pleasurable driving experience.

CAMPING

With the pop-top roof and full camping interior, camping in Winnie is an absolute treat – you certainly won't be putting up tents in the rain any more.
