BODYWORK

Braxton originally lived in the sunny states of the US and it certainly shows – his bodywork and undercarriage are both in great condition, all door gaps are spot on and the paintwork is shiny and clean.

 

MECHANICAL

When he was originally sold by us three years ago we gave him a VWDU make-over so he now runs and drives great, and we'll be giving him another mini service before he's sold so there'll be nothing to do for the new owner but drive him away.

 

INTERIOR

When we first sold Braxton we converted the interior into a modern, usuable camper using the best units on the market from Vanwurks Interiors. He has everything you'll need for a camping trip, including a Smev cooker and sink and an on-board water tank which is housed by a one-piece storage unit called the 'compact unit'. This also houses a modern compressor fridge that's linked to a bonus charger converting 240v to 12v. There's a 240v hook-up, a 2nd battery charger system, a full-width bed and a very comfortable rock and roll bed that has the best foam on market – you'll be getting a good night's sleep on that. There are rear 3-point seat belts, new flooring, head boards, roof cushions, a pop top canvas, table, buddy seat and he even has a modern 2kw petrol heater for the cold winter nights. Braxton has it all and is ready to go today.

 

DRIVING

With a 2000cc fuel-injected engine, he's a great drive with lots of power and also very smooth. He's had a power steering upgrade and an upgraded gear stick. He also has a new clutch so driving this camper is effortless. For extra security and peace of mind, Braxton has had an insurance-approved Cobra alarm and immobiliser fitted.

 

CAMPING

Camping trips with Braxton will be a delight – with his new interior and rock and roll bed you'll be getting the best of both worlds – a classic 70's style camper on the outside and a modern, comfortable set up on the inside.
