1967 KARMANN GHIA RAZOR EDGE

Originally imported from the Ivory Coast in the 1970's, this beauty was bought as a restoration project in 2000 by previous owner, Simon Dunkinson.

He then spent almost 10 years obsessively collecting the correct parts to complete a full 'body off' bare metal restoration. He also added some sensible modifications to improve its performance aesthetics and longevity.

 

Before long, the project escalated into a full-on obsession. Anyone who has restored a Razor Edge knows it takes time, money, skill and patience to do it properly, and this one was built to be 'a keeper' so no expense was spared.
